Small Batch Bitter Aperitivo (Campari Style) - 375ml

Introducing a refreshing and modern take on the classic Campari-style liqueur. We are calling this our Bitter Apertivo! This liqueur is generously bitter, complex yet refreshing, and is a beautiful vibrant orange colour. It’s a bartenders best friend and essential backbone to some of the world’s top cocktails.

Made with loads of bright citrus and citrus peels, orange flower blossoms, and 7 different types of roots and barks. Then finished with a home-made dark sweet cherry simple syrup for a touch of sweetness and roundness.

Enjoy the Bitter Apertivo on the rocks, with soda, or with Prosecco as a spritz. Or mix into a Negroni, Americano, Spagliato, or Boulevardier. No artificial colours (unlike the big brands out there). We use only real ingredients and botanicals including locally up-cycled citrus peels whenever they are available.
